An unidentified man was fatally stabbed yesterday morning in the city's Bayview neighborhood, according to police reports. 

On Sunday at about 9 a.m., police were called out to the 1400 block of  McKinnon Avenue where they located a man, between the ages of 25-30, in a stairway with stab wounds. 

He was pronounced dead at the scene.
